Its obvious that PTQ's value , with its debt paid down and production and resources expanding, is well above that of previous lows and indeed well above that of recent highs.
Even from a technical point, its obvious from consolidation that a bottom has been found.
Like others, I have recently been adding.
As for pmc, he is to be pitied but ignored
