PTQ

PTQAny emerging junior has it's host of problems once entering into it's production stage. Often these juniors don't perform well initially in the market. It's fraught with problems and difficulties attempting to achieve targets. Historically this is accurate and normal. Minefinders has gone through the same issues for quite some time, as has Metanor and a host of others.

PTQ not hitting timing targets isn't a reflection on bad management, but a reflection of the realities and difficulties in this business. Becoming a producing mine is a daunting task, and we should remember that. PTQ overall is heading in the right direction. More often than not new producers experience share price drops as they ramp up the production phase, and once the market see's they have overcome the pitfalls facing ALL miners will then begin their buying. I believe this will also be the case for PTQ in the end as long as they continue increasing their production figures and overcome any normal set backs.
