RE: Be aware

RE: Be awareKeep in mind where PTQ and all other "asset" based investments, commodities etc are concerned. The Fed see's themselves as economic "engineers" an arrogant belief they are all powerful, but in reality no one can control the markets long term.

Bernanke speaks today and most likely will confirm the end of QE2. They will still back stop the markets with boatloads of cash, but it's to keep the banking system solvent. They want to cool down commodities and even may want to see the markets slow down in an attempt to keep a lid on anything explosive.

If we see a reaction after his speech today, tomorrow, or over the next few days, whatever time frame. Especially if we were to see harsh downside moves and very quickly i would be looking at that as opportunity. Especially if harsh and fast. No way to know what will occur over the next few days but we do know the Fed needs the vocal hoard on board and a cooling of oil, gold, silver, copper, food etc, etc. would behoove the Fed for now. They also need the dollar to decline in an orderly fashion so a bounce or minor rally can't be ruled out as well.  It can't and won't last as they don't have to power to keep a perpetual lid on these asset's.

We could also see an up spike first tough call how the markets will react to the perceived end of QE.

Be alert for anything and everything right now, this is a critical time IMO.
