Bottoming?

Bottoming?Based on general market behavior when you see strong sell offs and then a lack of movement or sideways action that is a sign of a bottom "forming". Doesn't mean "THEE" bottom is in but the majority of the selling has exhausted. If Gold and Silver hold up near their recent lows for the next couple weeks we may have that bottoming process. Also in the junior sector you saw similar. I watch the sector along with gold for those signals. I don't believe we are ready to take off just yet and it may end up being a process that lasts all summer, but it is appearing that the majority of the selling has taken place. The only thing that would change that is if we get another very strong harsh leg down beginning almost immediately. That's why is sit on the sidelines for the moment, but ready to start picking away soon.

Both the US Fed and the ECB have now clearly stated they will still "accommodate". So as i mentioned no mention of QE3, just a more stealthy continuation of the money train. Once the market realizes this is a never ending cycle of debt we should see that next leg begin. The tide is changing. That's why commodities have an upside bias long term and the juniors will receive it's money flows as a result. Gold is a great barometer of what's to come.

PTQ is lining up perfectly for this next and most impressive leg.
