LP open pit feasability

LP open pit feasabilityThe open pit resource consists of an Inferred Mineral Resourceof 20.6 Mt averaging 3.1 g/t Au, 69.9 g/t Ag, 3.3% Zn, 1.2% Cu, 1.2% Pb  containing 2.1  Million oz of gold plus 45 million oz nof silver along with ssignificant copper and base metal credits.
If all metals are recoverable, the gold equivalent would be about 3.5 million oz.

Its not probable that all metals will be recoverable, although this might depend on whether the pit ore would be milled or heap leached.

Certainly the average grade of 3.1 gms/ton is well above the normal open pit grade of 1 to 1.5 gms/ton.
This would suggest that the ore could be milled which would recover the gold,  silver and at least the copper.

They will obviously run up against some mettalurgical quirks but modern technology is now available to overcome most traditional milling problems.

All in all, definitely a substantial open pit resource that should be able to sustain 100,000 oz per year.
