RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE BUY To clarify when i refer to PTQ's lows i mean recent lows at the .60 level. It does appear that .60 is a good base right now, and barring a repeat of the 2008 mass liquidation looks to be a solid entry point.
