Only Hope Is Buyout
Only Hope Is Buyout It looks like our only hope for profits is a buyout but that is unlikely as Fifer and company have a posion pill in place that makes it almost impossible for a buyout to occur. This board has separated into those who still believe in management and those that think that management is just taking care of itself. For those of you that believe in management, ask yourselves why a posion pill is needed. Those of us against current management believe that a buyout would be a good thing as we would get expected future profits up front, albiet at a discount. Remember, management, who own a significant portion of the shares, would make a large profit on their holdings as they paid next to nothing on their stock. Again, please ask yourselves, why would management be against a buyout? Many on this board believe it is because they can make more money on special deals like buying Lom Poy and selling it at a profit to PTQ and issuing themselves cheap stock options. Current members of management owned a significant percentage of Lom Poy prior to selling it to PTQ. If Lom Poy had so much great potential why sell it off? Why not develop it on its own? Why give PTQ shareholders the profits? I believe it's because they made more money for themselves selling it to PTQ than they could have made operating Lom Poy themselves. Dosen't that make sense to you? As for the stock opitions, they were granted at 10 to 14 cents which is ridculously low given the projections for future earnings. Doesn't it bother you a little bit the options value was so low? Do you believe that managemnt won't give themselves more ridculously low priced options in a few months and the years to come. When will you take a honest look at what's going on and say, hey, maybe management isn't doing everything right and we need a change. Time might be running out to make a change. It looks like no more monetary easing from the U.S. Fed which is causing a drop in gold prices. If gold prices drop significantly, where will we be? Out our investment while management has taken care of itself.. Management will be asking you to reelect them in the near future. Vote no!!!
