10 cent options Maybe management picking 10 cents for their option price in 2013 wasn't such a bad deal after all. Heck, maybe further dilution won't occur if SP is below 10 cents. We were told LomPoy was a "great" deal, too good to pass up. After the massive dilution that (how did DVM put it) "made management a tidy profit" we find out the 43-101 can't be relied on. I'll bet most of us paid more than 30 cents for our shares - what a bad joke on us.
