Minor or Major Problem?

Minor or Major Problem?

People are gloating about getting cheap shares and all this is a minor problem that will be resolved easily.  If problems were considered minor, PTQ and/or DB could have provided required info while auditors were on site or within the last month.  The fact that the regulators forced them take down most of the website and go through the embarasment of issuing a public statement that PTQ's data cannot be relied on IMO is not a minor issue.  I'll bet DB is busy tring to put together another 43-101 and it must be a lot of work or this would have been settled by now.  Don't know if PTQ  pressured DB into issuing 43-103s that didn't meet stardards by threatening to withdraw future work or DB just did a lousy job.  Either way, DB doesn't seem to be the "best in the business to me".  I don't know how much farther this pig can go down but I wouldn't buy another share until new 43-101s are approved and issued and PTQ produces and sells a lot more gold than it currently is.  Vote no on retaining current management.  Maybe they control too much of the shares to get them out but at least let them know you don't think they're doing a good job.
