The $49 million valuation was based on our international recognized experts Behre Dolbear's piecing together an analysis of old drillings done by three separate companies.  Now Behre Dolbear might be the best in the business but why haven't the fixes to the 43-101 for Lom Poy been issued yet?  There is absolutely nothing wrong with the old 43-10, just bureaucratic nonsense. Ah so, everything is wonderful in Lom Poy land.  We gave between 44 million to 50 million shares for Lom Poy counting warrants and options.  You're right PMC when the value is based on a stock that loses 73 percent of its value in a year, whose to say what a fair valuation is?
