It's Simple
It's Simple I'm looking at IHUB tonight and it's bonkers over there. They're talking about $165 million in profit for FY 2013. What are they smoking? What is PTQs profit from production for the last three quarters excluding all the other garbage - what ? $10 to $20 million? If you exclude the big dirt pile and exchange rate adjustments what have they really made? PTQ's going to increase production 10 fold next year? It is simple - the more gold you pour the more money you make - the more money you make (not counting all the dirt sitting on the side of the road that you intend to process sometime) the MORE PROFIT you make and that drives the SP HIGHER. Production is not going to increase dramatically any time sone, therefore, the SP is not going to dramatically improve anytime soon. I don't like this either, but it is what it is.
