NR, Teck was originally involved with Inmet and PTQ back before the development started.  I can't see what benefit they would get trying to buy out PTQ now as they probably don't own any PTQ stock which a competing  buyout offer would drive up in value.  Someone with $220 million in cash would have to see a way to double its value in a year or two before they would make a bid.  Could happen but not likely.
