RE: They are still buying..
RE: They are still buying.. VB, I believe you live in Panama, right? I'm trying to figure out why Inmet wants us now. They could have bought us out during the Petaquilla Copper sale or made offers in the 4 years since then. Do you know what, if anything, Inmet needs from us? I mean the german investor posted that Inmet is desparate for something but he doesn't really say what it is other than it's two or three unnamed concessions. The implication is that Inmet overlooked something in its deal with PTQ back in 2007. Is it land for another road, pipe, waste treatment, or electric line? Did Inmet hit a rich copper vein on the edge of one of its concessions that runs into PTQs concession(s) and they want to develop it but PTQ says no deal? One of the posts stated that Inmet is just testing the waters to see if they can get us cheap because the stock is down in price and if they can't get us for around 60 cents, they'll drop the buyout. Any rumors of Inmet hitting a rich gold vein that has little copper in it? It would have to be a big strike worth at least a billion dollars to get Inmet to make a buyout offer. Lots of questions with probably no answers available to us little investors.
