More Dilution

More Dilution

YVR.resource's post discussed another 22,000,000 share dilution in association with the bond issue.  The warrants will be for $1.00.  I don't know what to think.  The dilution represents about 5 cents per share at our current SP.  If the SP price goes over $1, and the options are exercised, we get $22,000,000 (the equivalent of 45,000,000 shares at today's SP and the exerciser makes a profit.  Hard to gage the effect as we don't know if the warrants will ever be exercised.  Based on history they won't be.  Also, it looks like we're not negotiating cash for land-use rights with Inmet as why issue bonds if Inmet is going to provide a significant amount of cash.  Still need info on heap-leach and ODN.  2nd quarter of calendar year 2013 in the books with results by end of month.  Let's hope we get some good news for a change.
