RE: PTQ promotors

RE: PTQ promotors

Since I think the post is directed toward me (let me know if I am wrong)  I would like to answer it the best way I can.

First of all I do not promote stock. I share what I know based on senior management personal experience and what I do on very few stocks. I always say "this is what I know, what I do but it's your money your decision what you do with it" . I agree a lot of people on Boards are fly by night with a not so clear agenda.

When I get involved I do it in a very forceful way way and I am in it for the long run. I do  a lot more than reading a few quarterly reports and a few PR.  I go on site, I have meeting with the management and I even try to influence what I think is not the right direction for the company.  The only company I have discussed on SH and IV is MMT.  I started with MMT about 3 years ago when the stock was 12c.  The person that got me to look at MMT was my friend Chen Lin.  Since that time I have been very involved with the company to the point of setting up meetings with funds and trading houses.  That also included travel with the management team.  I shared my opinion about MMT and have been very bullish about it.  Being bullish does not equate to promoting.  I am also not afraid to express my candid opinion on some issues but always in a civil way.  Today MMT is trading at $1.85 and pays 20c a share dividend. BTW I am still bullish on MMT.

Chen Lin also alerted me about PTQ when it was 30 or so cents a share.  I did not get in due to some recent very bad experiences with miners (MJX, RG, NKL / PCY I went to Mongolia for this one and 3 times to Vancouver). I was not able to influence those companies.

At the time of the attempted takeover I finally got interested in PTQ.  To be very honest first it was for a quick hit and run.  The first offer was way too low and the second one was also too low.  The more I looked at PTQ the more I liked it and was amazed at the similarity with MMT even so they are in totaly different industry.  They are however both resource stocks.

look at the similarities on the timeline:

CEO with a lot of previous perceived issues.

Difficult start up

Near death experiences

Bunch of not too happy shareholders with high entry point (understatement)

Very bad shareholder communication (Presentation always late, Baddly done PR)

Starting to get cashflow

Increasing production and cashflow

Undervalued on cashflow multipliers present and future

Delays, delays delays

Getting out of significant debt

Issues with surrounding environment

Getting their act together

Talking dividend

Expending properties  (TBD but intend for MMT)

High growth and potential

Improving communication

Increase in share price. (TBD for PTQ)

All of that to say that I am committed to PTQ.  I now have a significant position (5th largest) and intend to increase it a lot more.  I have discussed the stock with large potential investors and trading houses. Chen has done the same so I expect an uptic in the volume.

Since I am new here I appreciate your somewhat skeptic but civil post and I hope I lifted some of the doubts.

Cheers and have a good weekend
