The rule is once a year if I am correct.
Concerning mine life I would be concerned if it was the only mine or area of interest they have. 3 more areas with evidence of gold must me drilled to be compliant. I do not know how many drills they have but I looked at 3 of them. Do not forget that Spain also as a lot of untouched potential too.
Relax, PTQ is a work in process and as they accumulate cash plus some of $140M for expansion you will see that number increase. Well at least I think so.
