RE: Tailings area is hugh

RE: Tailings area is hugh

A couple of comments on a very good post.

Work has started on the mine site.  I personally looked from the air at extensive construction on the bypass road and you can see a lot of earth moving equipment  working on improving  the access road. (PDI equipment :-)  ).  Work is also underway on the different camp site.  I cannot confirm if any work was started on the dams.

Very good point on the size of the tailings.  I would like to add that one thing comes to mind when you need to build such a huge dam or multiple dams.  You need aggregate.  Inmet claims that they can get their own but site visit does not confirm that in term of scale.  Next location is 50KM away that is unless you use PDI aggregate at the tune of $100M to $200M worth and save a ton of money on transportation.  The PDI GM has a big smile on his face.

Cheers and relax, time is on our side at the tune of $100M a month for mine construction delays.
