At the Cambridge Vancouver Converece Around Jan 20th they told me 2 weeks till Red Kite Close and it has been four now. 

I am sure Red Kite had the information PR'd today modeled already so if they are still commited it is a just a formality to get some signatures on ink. This week still could be aggressive though. $100M+ debt mandates take time.
