What's The Summary

What's The Summary

I posted a lot of info from the NI 43-101 regarding heap-leach.  In its summary,  Dol-Beh estimates that heap-leach from mojolon ore will produce 86,680 ounces of gold over a three year period from 5,000,000 tons of ore containing an average of .559 grams per ton of gold.  That assumes three leach pads containing 740,000 tons of ore with 3 cycles per year.  That equates to 2,400 ounces a month for a three year period.  From the pictures it appears that we're starting the process at 340,000 tons per cycle and it will increase to Dol-Beh's projections when the 400,000 ton pad is completed.  After 3 years, ore from other concessions such as Botija Abajo can then be used to continue the process hopefully producing 30,000 ounces of gold per year.  Probably a lot of silver too but it's not discussed much in the NI 43-101.  The NI 43-101 does mention that the large rainfall amount could cause problems because of the soil type in the first year of operation.  Maybe that's why the process has been delayed.   Interesting to read about the aggregate cost per ton.  I wonder how much they'll sell it per ton.
