If I were FQ, I would offer $1.25 in cash and/or stock for the Panama Operations including PDI, offer Fifer a  position on FQs  BoDs and PTQ could then concentrate on Europe and look for other opportunites.  To sweeten the pot, FQ could provide financing for PTQ to start up Lom Poy.  I wonder if there have been or are discussions about a buyout.  Makes a lot of sense with the gold price down.
