Our Market Cap is What? FQ has got to be looking at taking us out. They have agreed to buy $100 million of aggregate from us that will give us an estimated profit of $50 million along with millions for rent of land we own the rights to. With our market cap at $82 million, it almost pays them just to buy us. I don't know what it would take to buy us out but $1.25 per share might do it with the gold price where it is. That would represent a market cap of $280 million. I would take an offer of more than three times the current SP. FQ could offer a cash/stock option like they did with Inmet with out having to go to its share holders for approval. FQ now knows what percentage of our shareholders agreed to Inmet's offer to us of 65 cents a share and can extrapolate what it would take to get over 50 percent of us to agree.
