It's a sad fact that we probably can't change management or light a fire under them to improve the way the company is run.  The stunts they've pulled in the past two years coupled with the share price tanking would have resulted in heads rolling in other companies, but not here.  The diehard's comments that PTQ is mostly owned by management and big investors in Panama that are not interested in short term results is probably true which means the share price will be around this level for many years to come.  Any time this management puts out a time-line, just add two to three years to it to get a realistic idea of when it will actually happen.  Sad, very sad.
