I think the web address to ask to join is ptqblog@gmail.com. I'm not sure about that address but members of oullin's group post it on IHUB from time to time. Look at the posts on IHUB to confirm the web address. As far as buying in now, that is your decision only. I would suggest you read all the posts on IHUB and here for the last two weeks and try to join Oullins group. I'm sure they'll let you in. After you've done that, you should have a better idea of the possible risks and rewards. I hope you make some money if you decide to invest.
