Tomorrow Will Be Interesting

Tomorrow Will Be InterestingPeople are anticipating either the announcement that we have secured a large loan (like red kite, ha ha) or that we've agreed to sell all or part of the company.  A JV with FQ seems remote as we don't have much copper which is the only mineral FQ would be interested in.  The big Pamilla announcement that included 143,000,000 pounds of copper, represents .003 percent of Cobre Panama's current reserves.  I don't think FQs drooling about getting our copper reserves.

The stock has gone up on very small volume which indicates both buyers and sellers think something is going to happen.  I have no clue on the four courses of action the company will take. If it's a sale of all of the company, the effect on the stock price will be straight forward.  If it's a partial sale, then it will take a while for the market to refect what the non-sold portion the company will be worth.  If it's a big loan, we should get a short term bounce in the share price.  If the company does nothing, the share price will drop back to around 30 cents given that the horrible first quarter numbers will be coming out soon. IMO, a sale of all or a part of the company will result in an increase in share price,  securing a big loan will get you a small bounce quick but it won't last long, and if the company doesn't change anything, the SP will drop 30 percent.  So the odds are 3 out of 4 that you can make a quick buck if you buy in now. My belief is that progafa is right and the company will be sold outright.  GLTA
