Up to 42 Cents on OTCIt's moving up but volume hasn't exploded.  The volume right now is telling us that the coming news will be securing a big loan, or a partial sale, or a big strike at Lom Poy, ODN etc.  If the volume explodes to 5 to million 10 million shares, then we've been sold.
