RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Tomorrow Will Be Interesting

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Tomorrow Will Be InterestingThank you oullins.  I'm glad Sedar is now on PDF - I was waiting 5 minutes every time I wanted to check a fact and that why I qualified my post to you - I didn't want to sit and wait 5 minutes.

When I responded to JFF7, I posted about the value of the company in bankruptcy, which as you pointed out is not anything close to a normal sale of assets on the open market.  I don't think DB will pull the plug either but I worry that if the gold price falls and we keep missing monthly payments to DB that they'll dump us.

At June 30, shareholder value was approximately 25 cents a share.  It's hard to estimate goodwill but  I imagine FQ would love to take complete control of petaquilla.  If there is more than one party interested in buying PTQ, then my guess is that FQ would pay up to three times what share holder equity is or 75 cents a share.  My guess is they would want to do a stock swap to save cash and not risk reducing quarterly dividend payments.  I understand about PMC.  I hope you understand that MJK also drives us crazy.  Hope you keep posting here because you know what you're talking about and provide a lot of valuable information.

Thanks again,

Wade
