Ahh VBgood,  VBgood, VBgood.  When Fifer did not state in the 3rd quarter financial statements that PTQ had missed a payment to DB in December 2012 he destroyed any goodwill he had with the large investors.  Do you believe that Fifer called all the large investors in March 2013 and told them he had missed a payment to DB in December and that he was financing operations by not paying accounts payable?  No VB, Fifer blindsided all the large investors just like he did us small-fry.  Not a good way to make friends VB.  No, the big shareholders will look at the debt and remember Fifer blindsided them and take any reasonable offer made by FQ.  I'm sure most of the big investors will make money at 60 cents while still having ownership in Lom Poy.  Take the blinders off VB.  I'm sure you have followed MJKs advice and averaged down.  Take your profits and move on to bigger and better things.
