RE:RE:Slowly Waking Up on Pamilla

RE:RE:Slowly Waking Up on PamillaGoldpet, you never know if MJK is blowing smoke but he said that there would be a Press Release tomorrow.  Didn't say who or about what but he was direct about it.  You're point about FQ not being first to release a buyout or JV is valid so maybe PTQ is issuing the press release before FQs quarterly conference on Thursday.  Who knows.

Usually if something big is coming there's a lot more volume.  Hard to keep anything secret between two companies.  If MJK is blowing smoke, then the FQ conference on Thursday will be when we learn something.  Pascall will be asked about PTQ and he had three possible answers.  1) nothing going on 2) can't discuss at this time or 3) we're in discussions about JV and/or buyout.  I would bet it's number 2 as our share price has moved up based on rumor that negotiations are taking place for the sale of PTQs Panama assets.  After the move the last week we have settled down as people are waiting to hear what the results of the negotiations are.  If Pascll's answer is number 1 then the share price will tank back to around 30 cents.  A number 3 would provide more information about what is going on and who knows what it would do the share price.

I'm still sticking with Progafa and believe a sale of PTQ Panama will be announced withing the next month.
