500 Shares on OTC? Who would buy or sell 500 shares? It almost costs more for the transaction than the sales amount. Go figure. Someone must of died and the executor dumped them and someone needed to round up there shares to an even thousand, Maybe microcrapper's bosses bought the 500 shares just to show everyone their running this show.
