No FQ Vote Necessary?

No FQ Vote Necessary?Paul, I don't think FQ stock holders would have to vote.  At today's FQ SP ($17.00) they would have to issue another 9.7 million shares to get PTQ Panama if value is pegged at 70 cents.  It works out about 24 shares of PTQ for 1 share of FQ.  There are 591 million FQ shares outstanding so another 9.7 would represent 1.64 percent.  As FQs cap on shares is much higher than 591 million, FQ can issue without going to share holders IMO.  I don't think bond issue at FQ will have any effect on FQ  regarding a decision to buy out PTQ Panama.  FQ just issues stock with no immediate cash involved.  FQ might have to pay off DB for $40 million but after that, FQ can run the mine to pay off debts.  I don't think $40 million would bother FQ.
