Would I do a private placement with PTQ?  Good question Paul.  I might if I were rich and Mr. Fifer was my brother.    Only then if I had proof that the warrants would be good in the future but what could assure that?  Results of drilling at Lom Poy much better than expected?  Big copper strike in one of the concessions?  Can't imagine PTQ releasing details of negotiations with FQ to support the PP but maybe they did.  People who made the loan took a risk with the price of gold dropping.  Hard to see another PP unless PTQ has some really good news coming that's being hidden.
