That seems about right Paul.  Remember back two or three years ago when the pumpers were talking about all the government contracts we were going to get.  Never any announcements on big government contracts.  PTQ  finally forced Inmet to give them a contract, and even then, they didn't have the equipment to meet contract terms.  Yup, PMC was right along, PDI was just another way of inticing suckers like us into buying.  Never was any intention of spinning it off .  Nothing was ever broken out in the Financial Statements and once this contract with FQ ends there will be nothing to spin off.  Just another con game.
