RE:2 Percent?The F-20 confirms it. Mr. Fifer owns 4.3 million shares and the other officers own almost nothing. PMC is right, Mr. Fifer makes more money per year in salary than his stock is worth. No wonder he doesn't care what the SP is. Also, the management has 7,236,000 of stock options but get this, most of the option prices are for more than current SP. Lot of incentive for managment to get the SP up but how do you do that with Mr. Fifer running the company into the ground. Very curious.
