Insider Purchase Good or Bad?Over on IHUB, Bobby posted that Ezequiel Sirotinsky bought 290,846 shares on Jan 27. F-20 confirms that Mr. Siro did not own any shares on Oct 31, 2013. Good news is an insider is buying, bad news is it means that a sale or other big news that would drive up the SP is not likely to happen soon as Mr. Siro would be hit with insider trading. Oh the pain.
