Not a Good SignThe news came out in Panama on Wed and the share price did nothing. So if the people in the know in Panama didn't think it was worth it to buy a few shares on the news - why should we? FQ says there is no dispute and PTQ says there is a dispute but it's can't be discussed. Great - we're still completely in the dark. What else is new?
