GuessingCan't agree with you on that, Paul. Although the May 2013 agreement didn't specifically say that rights for the tailings dam and lake land were granted, I just can't believe that INMET would be so stupid not to settle all the issues in the last agreement. I have to admit that it seems the disagreement is over the same issues as with INMET but that would mean a final binding agreement was never reached and FQ is fighting the same battle all over again after ANAN supported PTQ last year. Doesn't make sense. Hope you're right that because it wasn't specifically spelled out in Press Release, no agreement on the tailings dam and lake was ever reached. We're both just guessing.
