Many of the creditors probably haven't been paid in six months or longer.  DB hasn't been paid in over three months.  And based on the last few days posts - everyone knows that  there is nothing big coming down.  There will be no money to pay off the creditors from the upcoming deal.  No the creditors, out of the goodness of their hearts, have decided not to press the issue for the last year, knowing that they'll never get paid.  Yup, those major creditors have no knowledge of what the upcoming deal is and what they do know proves that no money will be available to pay them off.  Great bunch of people those creditors
