We could reverse your theory Treetop.  Perhaps you have shorted the stock and are trying to drive it down a little bit more.   I doubt you have it shorted now as the announcement of a deal could come anyday and there is always the possiblity that it is very good.

You say you own no stock, which makes one wonder why you're here.  Why are you here?  I'm touched that you care so much about us, but like everyone else who posts, we're agenda driven.  You could well be right that PTQ will fail.  You sound sure that that will happen, in which case you should take your savings and short the stock.  Good luck on that.
