I'm right with you Goldpet, they could pull it out but it looks more and more unlikely.  Total mess and management probably won't tell us anything.  Doubt management will say anything other than announcing a deal if there ever is one.  We'll be left guessing.  It's like they want to drive the SP into the ground and go bankrupt.  It is totally insane what they've done and most shareholders don't seem to think anything is wrong.  They vote the same management back in year after year.  The worst part is more and more it seems like they're just misleading us.  Examples are oro del norte, PDI, Lom Poy, the forced disclosure that they were in default to DB seven months after it occurred, heap-leach etc etc.  No one will ever loan them money now.  They have to dig their own way out if they can.  Very doubtful.
