RE:RE:RE:RE:Need Plan

RE:RE:RE:RE:Need PlanThings keep getting worse don't they Goldpet?  From what was posted on IHUB, I take it the article came out at around 9am this morning.  Of course we've heard nothing from the company.  Par for the course.

Only thing we can hope is that management is ignoring everthing because as posted over on IHUB, the deal has been negotiated and is waiting to be signed off on by all parties.  Odds are their wrong on IHUB but there's still hope.

The article seems baised as it's unlikely that the ponds are overflowing with no production going on.  Sounds like the workers want to make trouble for us and who could blame them if they haven't been paid for work, the payroll deductions haven't been forwarded to the government, and they've been laid-off.  Still, they would say anything to cause PTQ trouble.  Not forwarding payroll deductions to the government is the biggest problem if true.  That's fraud and the government could shut down the company and sell it to pay off the debt.  That would mean the stockholders get ZERO.

The government might be holding off if a deal is near that will pay off payroll withholdings.  Hope MJK is right and FQ is in a bind and must pay us off, otherwise, the SP will be around one cent with no deal.
