Is There an FQ Engineering Report?

Who knows Paul.  Maybe yes, maybe no.  FQ usually publishes such things.  FQ actually tell the shareholders whats planned.  What a concept.  Supposedly, FQ has released the study to the Panamian Government  and will release it to the public once the agreement is finalized.  Per poster on IHUB that is supposed to happen tomorrow.

Its a good thing both sides were committed to finalizing an agreement no later than the end of last February,  otherwise, we might have to wait until sometime in April.  Oh wait, this is April.  There must be some mistake.  I note that the Malayan airplane with the documents to be signed by Korea is still missing.  That whats holding the agreement up.
