Yep Paul, German Investor over on IHUB says two board members have resigned.  No reason to doubt him as Ptygold also says David Kaplan has resigned.  Were they forced out by Fifer because they weren't yes men anymore, got jobs with another company, or did they bail before the collapse?

Since everybody wants to get rid of Fifer, and there's two opennings on the board, it would be nice if the shareholders could get someone acceptable on the board, like Oullins,  but I suppose the board and fifer control that.  However, Ptygold says fifers gone so maybe we just sit back and wait.  Hard to believe fifers gone but maybe the board grew some cojones and fired fifer as they thought his forecast for 2015 was luney-tune.  Oullins says no and the 2015 forecast will come out tomorrow.  Hard to figure what's going on except the forecast is way over due for reasons unknown.  Hope German Investors puts his own slate together and works with shareholders to raise funds to call a special election.  When the forecast is finally issued, who's going to believe it anyway.  Only thing that can help, is great drilling results from Portugal and Spain but I doubt that fifer will tell us what the drilling results are, becasue that would require actually communicating with shareholders.  If the drilling results don't pan out, then the company is finished with the SP dropping to less that five cents, pronto.
