First Things First

First Things FirstBefore you spend a lot of money German Investor.  The shareholders need to know if it's a waste of time or not.  You can argue that certain liabilities on the balance sheet are cash related or not.  Even if you're right on the liabilities, Molejon will not pay off all the exsiting debt after five years is up.  It will not provide cash flow to finance other projects.  Therefore, the only hope we have left is Portugal and Europe.  In Portugal, we have no NI 43-101 on either property so we have no idea if the properties are worth anything.  There has been no feasability study .  Same thing for Spain, no NI 43-101 and no feasability study.  We don't even know if we have the rights to develop Lom Poy,  Right now, it looks like we don't.  If neither Portugal or Spain are worth developing, our stock is worth zero.

Get the stockholders who have agreed to your plan for an AGM to send a letter to the company demanding to know the results of the drilling in Portugal and the legal probability of reobtaining the rights to develop Lom Poy.  Give fifer a due date to respond.  Doesn't cost much to send a letter and if management refuses to respond to stockholders holding 84 million shares, that just makes your case for an AGM to remove current management all the stronger.
