Of course it was predictable.  Lehman et al had little to do with it.  This had tons of cheap paper hanging over it and you could see what was going to happen a mile away, good market or bad. 

I give them credit for trying to finance at higher prices before the $0.60 paper was released, but it was foolish not to raise the cash when they could even if they had to drop the offering price substantially.  Now they are totally cash constrained.  Their "guidance" is shot to hell and it's going to be very difficult to even raise cash at current prices in this market.


They need to get the friggin drilling going.  But first they need to come clean about drilling plans and give realistic guidance. After all the road shows and glossy presentations, they need to show they are more than talk...
