RE: RE: Tartaruga hearings Nov 4The post is from Speculator on IV - said he talked to management. Further clarified that PTV expects to get permits on Nov 4 and then immediately mobilize rig that is on standby.
Looks like PTV may finally start participating in the Colombian junior rally.  Everyone except PTV has moved substantially in the last few weeks.  If PTV can actually show they can do something right, it may get a bit of respect.  As it stands, Taylor/PTV is the laughing stock of the sector for their inept execution and horribly misleading "guidance".
