Puda Coal Inc PUDA

Puda Coal, Inc. (Puda) is a supplier of high-grade metallurgical coking coal to the industrial sector in the People’s Republic of China (the PRC or China). Its processed coking coal is primarily purchased by coke and steel producers for the purpose of making the coke required for the steel manufacturing process. Puda’s operations are conducted by Shanxi Puda Coal Group Co., Ltd (Shanxi Coal), which it controls through 90% indirect equity ownership. Puda cleans raw coking coal sourced from third-party coal mines primarily located in Liulin County, Shanxi Province, and markets the cleaned, coking coal to coke and steel makers. Its primary geographic markets include Shanxi Province, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Hebei Province, Beijing and Tianjin, China. It purchases raw coal from a diversified pool of local coal mines in Shanxi Province.

Well, I have no problem with that theory except that we are dealing with Chinese.

I might say the same thing about the French and the Russians as they are equally stubborn and equally arrogant, the two traits usually result in the unexpected or the unpredictable.

Common sense actions don't have a chance when you have a personality like that so the the only way I could be wrong is that I misjudge Zhao's moral character. That he has a central morality guiding his actions.

Initially in this drama I thought he did, as most successful men do in the west. I know this because I have met some of them, found them to be impressive to say the least.

My opinion of zhao has been a bit shaken and now I have little belief that he actually meets the qualifications I set for him two years ago.

But I hope you are right. None the less....
