"efendants' time to oppose the intervention motion shall be extended from May 28 until June 26"  ... seems to me .. that someone is trying to buy some more time! .. days/weeks ... not months!  Sorry but I did not follow carefully the Trellus story. Trellus wanted to change the lawyer of the CA ... right? ...

Yes, that would be one result that would happen, the other would be that they and their lawyers would replace the lead plaintiff and their lawyers. This is in response to motions filed by the defense that the lead plaintiff is not qualified to argue some of the issues. I did not get into the weeds with it, but from the very start of this I wondered about the lead plaintiff they chose. It seemed to ...more

Very  good! ... this means that the CA lawers expect a deal in the coing weeks! ... they re clearl buying time ... ... ... they are probably negotiating ... and in case they were to be replaced ... they could not finish the negotiation and reach a deal ... IMO .. the 3 wees extension ... is only because of that ...    so ... Deal Announcement by late July?

I try not to predict future events by what hungry lawyers do who have PO'd clients. You can read nearly anything into it, but delays in submissions for something as big as a lead plaintiff change, which in this case changes the lead plaintiff attorneys which is something the affected attorneys would not want even if it means a better chance with the case....LOL I don't know.....It looks to ...more

Yup ... right! ...so .. Be ready for the Settlement! ... MZ wants to List Puda Coal  in China ... ... Puda is hist baby ... so he will want to have an operative role ... as he did in KSE and PUDA Inc ... (somehow he loves Financial Markets and Public companies ... he only doesn't know how to proerly behave in that environment)  .... ....  I don't see ... MZ on the BOD or as ...more

Well, I have no problem with that theory except that we are dealing with Chinese. I might say the same thing about the French and the Russians as they are equally stubborn and equally arrogant, the two traits usually result in the unexpected or the unpredictable. Common sense actions don't have a chance when you have a personality like that so the the only way I could be wrong is that I ...more
