I am completely and utterly hopeful of a positive outcome as I've been invested for quite some time, but my concern is they will not have enough cash to pay the costs of fighting this (legal bills mostly) as the court continues to delay the hearing.  They are navigating a legal system in a nation fraught with corruption.
