RE:Before We Pop the Champagne...Totally agree, it even got to over .04.  But i have notice several ofe good REE stocks have ben sowly creeping up a bit after we got HAMMERED in the past couple years.  But wth this March 6 date looming, either there is more speculation or someone knows that the ruling will be in our favour.  March 6, if the verdict comes down of course, will be the biggest indicator we have had for awhile, end of speculation but this puppy is not going through the roof and back to its highs, no REE stock has, this does however present with the best upside as it is in turmoil because of this case, so a positive verdict is a much larger upside for this stock than any other REE because of the unknown.  The known is that this is a world class deposit!!!
