RE:RE:RE:PAW ANNOUNCES 21 YEAR SPECIAL MINING LICENCE ISSUED FOR MRIMYes old news release, if you notice it mentions Mr Townsend who stepped down months ago, i think maybe Rocket was answering the question from another poster about actual license.  Part of the inquiry also dealt with whether companies were actually exploring or just holding on to lands as speculation, Cortec was not, they were active.
